How It Works

Step 1

The first step is to enter your postcode into our search box within 'Create an Order'.

The search will return one of these two results:

Direct delivery

Your postcode is within the areas that our own vehicles deliver to. All products in our shop are available for you to add to your order. The search will inform you what day we deliver to you area.

Courier delivery

We deliver to you by courier. Your order is sent on a Wednesday night to arrive with you Thursday.

You can create your own order from our extensive range of groceries in our online store. Our minimum order is £25 plus £5.99 delivery.

We also have a range of fruit and vegetable boxes starting at £17.99, inclusive of delivery.You can also add additional items from any other part of our shop, just make sure that they total £25 and add £5.99 for delivery.

Step 2

Checkout

Once you have finished shopping, just confirm your delivery details and payment information, sit back and wait for us to bring your order direct to your door!

Please note: if you wish to cancel your weekly order at any point, just contact us by 3pm two working days in advance of your delivery.

Deliveries are weekly or in alternate weeks.

At Root & Branch we plan our crops in advance as much as possible, which offers our growers more security and helps ensure that we get what we need. By placing a regular order you helping us to do this.

However, your commitment is only week-to-week and you may opt out or cancel at any time up to 3pm two working days before your delivery.
